OK Go-ing Educational

sandbox

We all know *that* OK Go music video with the treadmills. But did you know that wasn't a one-off? For years they've continued to merge creativity, science and technology in their videos, and now the band's passing what they've learned on to the next generation. With their new educational project called "OK Go Sandbox", they'll arm students and teachers with a platform to understand science, math, art and music in a fun and engaging way. Using their videos as visuals, the band explains how they created the jaw-droppingly beautiful and highly intricate and time-consuming stunts piece by piece. And the magic isn't lost when you realize how the videos were made - in fact, it makes them feel all the more magical. Kudos to OK Go for using their talents to inspire a new generation of creative minds! READ MORE >

The negative impact will likely damage millions of Facebook user's trust of the platform and, in turn, their trust of the companies that use the platform. Yes, us. In similar fashion to what YouTube has experienced recently, advertisers will start to demand a far more transparent and bespoke approach to advertising packages. While further regulation is great, inevitably Facebook's status as one of the biggest advertising platforms in the world will protect it from any true failure. READ MORE >
